Increasing intolerance and uncontrollable rage took the life of yet another innocent in the national capital when he fell foul with his so called soul brothers over the trivial issue of parking one's motorcycle.......
A law student lost his life in the national capital on Saturday after a heated argument with two of his friends(?) over the seemingly trivial and fruitless issue of parking their motorcycles on the road outside their college compound........
In what must come a stray crumb of comfort for the grieving family of 22 year old Ayush Kaushal a resident of Faridabad in the NCR region and a fourth year student of an East Delhi based private law college, Delhi police sources revealed or then disclosed the fact that they had been successful in arresting or apprehending two of the assailants involved in this case late on Saturday evening........
According to the investigating officer, the whole imbroglio started when Ayush was accosted and mercilessly pommelled by Amit Nagar, Tanuj Tiwari and a whole host of other students right outside his college's gate on Wednesday morning........
He was immediately rushed to a nearby government hospital as he had suffered bleeding injuries and was subsequently referred to a super speciality hospital from where he was discharged on Thursday afternoon after being kept in the hospital under observation overnight.......
According to an eyewitness (fellow college student) Kushal was peacefully parking his motorcycle outside the college premises when he was rudely interrupted by Amit and Tanuj who raised violent objections to his doing so...........
A heated argument broke out between the trio and this soon escalated into a full blown brawl when Ayush was mercilessly assaulted by the above mentioned duo as well as an undisclosed number of their friends; well meaning people who intervened separated the brawling youths and rushed a profusely bleeding Ayush to the nearest medical facility.......
However another far more virulent and violent argument broke out between the trio on Friday morning when Kaushal was found to be parking his motorcycle in the very same spot; Kushal was mercilessly beaten up by Amit, Tanuj and four other accomplices and soon collapsed in a heap on the spot........
He was bundled into a passerby's car and rushed to the nearest government run hospital in the vicinity and subsequently referred to a super speciality hospital where he unfortunately succumbed to his grave injuries in the early hours of Saturday morning.......
As mentioned earlier Nagar and Tiwari were arrested on Saturday evening while a massive manhunt has been launched to nab the others involved in the brutal assault and murder.........
One wonders why the college authorities remained silent spectators and failed to intervene or mediate despite a rather lengthy interval between the first minor and the second murderous incident and more importantly provide adequate parking space within the college premises in the first place...........
The Delhi Police would be failing in it's duty if it did not rope in or book the college authorities as aiders and abettors of this needless and senseless murder, as their apathy, indifference and criminal negligence led to the loss of an innocent life that was yet to mature and bloom.........
