Untold and sustained pressure being exerted by a covetous husband and usurpious in-laws forced a 30 year old Delhi based woman to end her life prematurely as she could no longer cope with the unreasonable demands being exerted on her...........
A 30 year old married woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself to death in the national capital's Bharat Nagar area (North West Delhi) late on Sunday afternoon.........
No suicide note or dying declaration was recovered from either the woman's body, room or mobile; but a case of unnatural death has been registered and the local police personnel have begun investigating the role of her husband and in-laws in her premature demise as the woman's parents squarely laid the blame for her death at the doorstep of the trio...........
Jatin Arora (the husband) found Arushi (his legally married wife) hanging from the ceiling of their bedroom at around 2;15 pm or so on Sunday afternoon and hurriedly rushed to inform his other family members who brought her down and rushed her to a neighbouring hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead on arrival..........
The hospital authorities in turn brought this matter to the notice of the local police personnel who immediately sent the woman's body for a post mortem to a government run medical facility as per the laid down norms in all such cases of unnatural death.........
Arushi's grieving family members told the investigating officer that she and Jatin were united in holy matrimony in circa 2007; they also proceeded to inform the police officials about the demands for a new car being made by Jjatin and his parents ever since Arushi's father had bought a swanking new car of his own some seven months back or so.........
"Her husband and in-laws had been making constant and never ending demands for a new car of their own ever since and Arushi sounded deeply disturbed and panicked when she called me up some three hours or so before she deigned to end her life by hanging", her inconsolable mother said in the midst of heart rending wails.........
