According to a statement released by the medical superintendent of the Mumbai based Nanavati Hopsital; the 81 year old original and evergreen "Punjab Da Puttar" was released from the hospital on the late evening of December 27; 2016 after a nearly week long stay in the very same medical facility.......
Most if not all of Paaji's fans would be well aware of the fact that this larger than life living legend was admitted to the afore mentioned hospital on the forenoon of December 21st with all the classic symptoms of acute gastroentritis; intestinal discomfort/infection and last but not the least diarrhoea; intestinal cramps; high fever;nausea and vomitting.......
The recommended course of antibiotic and microbial treatment recommended by the team of specialists expressly constituted to surreptitiously and symptomatically treat the ailing thespian seems to have worked wonders and done the irreplaceable "He Man" a world of good and he is back at home where he well and truly belongs........
Assuaging the concerns of his millions of well wishers and ardent fans; Dharamji took to his twitter page and sent or then put out a series of tweets graciously and conscientiously acknowledging the wishes; prayers and utterances of his fans wishing him a speedy; restorative and complete recovery and quipped that he found himself back on his feet sooner than expected entirely due to the unconditional and overwhelming love and affection of his friends; fellows; countrymen and fans....... He also squarely laid the blame for his condition on supposedly and allegedly contaminated and toxic airline food consumed or imbibed by him on board an Air India Delhi-Jaipur flight and promised to be doubly careful and vigilant about consuming such on flight meals and condiments in the future what with frequent flyers complaining about crawling cockroaches and what not within the confines of the now infamous and accursed in flight refreshments served on the so called national carriers numerous flights........
