A 17 year old minor girl filed a written complaint with the Delhi Police officials early on Saturday morning alleging that she was firstly abducted and then brutally raped by a male friend in in outer Delhi's Bhalswa Dairy area late on Friday evening.........
In the said written complaint the minor girl clearly highlighted the fact the main accused in the sordid episode one Satish (25) was known to her for little over a year and that she more than willingly went to meet him in outer Delhi's Bhalswa Dairy area on Friday evening as desired by him as she was blissfully unaware of his heinous intentions regarding her........
She furthermore said that the accused lured her into the said Scorpio (SUV) and drove her all the way to a secluded and isolated spot in East Delhi's Geeta Colony where he proceeded to sexually assault her while his two "Friends" who also happened to be in the same vehicle held her down or subdued her so that Satish could assault her with consummate ease............
After finishing with the diabolic act, the three then casually proceeded to drop her off at the same spot in the Bhalswa Dairy area late on Friday night/early Saturday morning from where she managed to stop and board an auto rickshaw and duly proceeded to lodge a written complaint at the local police station at around 7 am or so on the said Saturday morning............
Acting with remarkable alacrity and showing great presence of mind; the personnel attached to the Bhalswa Police station not only managed to arrest Satish and his two other accomplices within a few hours (by 1 pm on Saturday afternoon) from one of their numerous hideouts but also proceeded to produce the trio before a judicial magistrate who duly remanded them to judicial custody...........
The vehicle in which the alleged rape was committed has also since been impounded and handed over to the forensics department so that they can run tests which validate the victim's claims pertaining to the sexual assault on her........
Cases of committing a criminal conspiracy and abduction have been booked or lodged against Satish's two male accomplices while cases of rape and other such relevant cases under the POSCO act have been booked against Satish in addition to the cases related to conspiracy and abduction........
All one can say in conclusion is beware of those in whom your repose your trust and person as the same can have such grotesque consequences that may be outside the realms of your worst nightmares...........
