One really wonders when and where will it all end; what with nuns; mothers; sisters; toddlers and mentally ill women being raped by marauders who seem to be having their cake and savouring it too.......
Words fail me when it comes to describing the sheer depths of deviousness; depravity and debauchery which the human mind and conscience seems to have become capable of conjuring up at the drop of a hat off late.......
in an incident that puts the humanitarian spirit to shame; a 25 year old mentally challenged/ill female rag picker was mercilessly raped and debauched late on Friday night at Viskhapatnam's iconic RK beach by a 35 year old monster who answers to the name of Koda Appanna........
According to a few people who have made the beach their permanent home and hearth; the hapless and defenceless victim had been aimlessly wandering/sauntering around the beach and it's adjoining areas for the best part of the last ten days or so and the same was noticed by the assailant who dragged the naive and gullible victim to a deserted and desolated spot and forced himself upon her.........
As expected; the offender did not face much resistance from his prey as she was simply unable to come to terms with the sordid fate that had befallen her; wonder of wonders; something; somewhere struck a chord in her mind and she began raving and ranting at the devil who had preyed upon her........
Her ravings and rantings caught the attention of the fellow denizens of the beach who suspected the worst when they noticed her semi clad and dishevelled state; a few amongst them managed to lay their hands upon a now fleeing Appanna and roughed him up before handing him over to the Beach Police........
One only wonders to what abysmal and appalling depths the human psyche and conscience will plummet; a mentally challenged human being irrespective of gender and age is a person to be befriended; cared; nurtured and last but not the least encouraged rather than raped; defiled and savaged; call me a heretic or then whatever you will; but I for one firmly believed that such savages who feast upon fellow human being's disabilities should be castrated and made an example of for the rest of the world to see...........
