Talk about a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black and pointing fingers at others without pondering over the number of fingers pointing at you; in a bid to save his own hide Kapil Sibal has now started taking pot shots at the newest kid on the block, namely the Aam Aadmi Party.......
Sibal, the serving telecom minister as well as the Congress Party candidate from the national capital's Chandni Chowk constituency made a rhetorical, hypocritical, self serving and factually incorrect statement about the Aam Aadmi party misusing the Congress Party's support to spread anarchy and bring the national capital to it's knees........
As usual the ageing, doddering and dithering, semi senile Sibal seems to have only shot himself in the foot with his latest vitriolic verbal volley, firstly he conveniently forgot or overlooked the fact that the Aam Aadmi Party never ever sought the Congress's support to form the government in Delhi in the first place but the Congress offered "unconditional" (whatever that means) outside support so that it could keep the BJP out.......
Secondly, the Congress's game plan was out there for all to see, the Congress was waiting for the Aam Aadmi Party to tie itself up in knots or then embroil itself in a situation where extraction would be a seemingly improbable proposition and then pull the rug out from under it's feet as it had done on numerous occasions in the past........
Thirdly, the Congress party that claimed to support the minority government on every issue related to public welfare raised hurdles and impediments at every step of the way as they were extremely wary of the prospect of the Aam Aadmi party fulfilling it's electoral promises and winning over the hearts and minds of Dilli's Aam Aadmi for eternity,,,,,,,,
Fourthly and most importantly, the unholy nexus between the Congress and BJP and their unsavoury attempts to stall the introduction of the Jan Lokpal Bill that would have cleansed the corrupt and inefficient system perpetrated by the two parties and sent more than half of their corrupt and immoral netas to the Tihar jail at any or all costs was the immediate trigger behind Arvind Kejriwal's decsison to tender his resignation.......
The entire country and it's cousin is well acquainted with the fact that you have indeed mastered the art of putting both your feet in your mouth every time you condescend to open the same, but you failed to take into account the fact that unfounded and rhetorical verbal volleys have this uncanny ability of turning around and biting you on your ungainly and ample backside when you least expect them too.......
Kindly read the writing on the wall and do yourself and the nation a favour by withdrawing your candidature or else you might just end up forfeiting your deposit this time around and wondering whether you should have retired and taken sanyas while the going was good..........
