According to reports emanating in certain sections of the Nepali media on Thursday evening; a Motihari (Bihar) based 20 year old Indian woman who reached Nepal to participate in the renowned Gadhimai festival was brutally ravaged and assaulted by a group of seven monsters who sexually exploited her for more than four hours on Wednesday evening..........
The doughty survivor who reached Nepal's southern Bara district on Wednesday morning to participate in the religious fervour and festivities; soon found herself at the receiving end when the afore mentioned group of hostiles firstly abducted her; then led her to a deserted and secluded area and finally compounded her misery by mercilessly gang raping her one by one.........
Luckily for the survivor; a Nepali police team who was patrolling the said area heard her heart rending screams for help and made a beeline towards the spot from where these hoarse and piteous cries seemed to be emanating...........
Acting with remarkable alacrity and swiftness; the Nepal police party; not only successfully freed the 20 year old woman from the clutches of her tormentors but also managed to nab 5 of them during the course of their actions........
All the five arrested men/rapists have been remanded to seven days police custody by a local court while the indomitable survivor is currently undergoing treatment at a medical cum rehabilitation facility run by the Nepali women and children service centre..............
