The trolling bug seems to have bitten the Nawab of Najafgarh and how.......
Former swashbuckling Indian opening batsman is one of the most active and enthusiastic twitteratis and his tweets more often than not succeed in making you laugh with gay abandon and lighten or then brighten up your overall demeanour........
However; I for one was certainly surprised and consternated when Viru went slightly overboard and condescendingly referred to out of favour Pakistani batsman Umar Akmal as a "nanha munna bachcha" who in his own opinion can do no wrong........
Posting a picture of the dapper Pakistani middle order batsman on his twitter account in which Akmal is seen posing with four of his beloved cricket bats; Viru saucily remarks that the tragedy lies in the fact that Akmal can do no right in the esteemed and supposedly informed opinion of the Pakistani selectors.......
It may be worth recalling the fact that the former Pakistan skipper Inzamam ul Haq headed selection committee had not even considered Akmal worth a place in the prospective Pakistani side for the forthcoming one day series and solitary T 20 fixture and hence omitted his name from the list of probables for the same.....
Each to his own and live and let live has always been my policy towards life and I ardently hope that Messrs Sehwag and Akmal adopt the very same policy and let matters rest rather than starting or commencing an interminable battle of their own and give inveterate trollers cannon fodder or grist for their distasteful and disparaging mills.........
