65 year old Budhabai Dore a life long resident of Mokhada in Maharashtra's Thane district was allegedly bludgeoned to death in the wee hours of December 30; 2014 after her very own two sons more than willingly consented to "sacrifice" both their mother and sister in an effort to usher in the ever elusive prosperity and wealth the two of them coveted............
According to Nashik Police sources; the two brothers Kashinath and Govind Dore who are currently cooling both their heels as well as murderous tendencies in police custody along with eight others surreptitiously consulted Bachchi Bai Narayan Khadke; a woman occultist with famed/alleged "divine" powers on the morning of December 29 on the advice of their sister Rahibai Pingle as they were extremely perturbed and piqued by their meagre existence and wanted to lay their hands on the much desired riches and prosperity.........
As desired by the two brothers; the famed/renowned occultist showed them the way out of their sorry predicament and assured them that untold riches and wealth would come their way if they "sacrificed" both their mother as well as sister without any further ado........
As desired by the occultist; Kashinath and Govind Dore made their way to Bachchi Bai's den of vice in the Take-Harsh tribal dominated tehsil of Maharashtra's Nashik district in the wee hours of December 30 and combined their might with Khadke and successfully bludgeoned Budhabai to death while Rahibai managed to flee the site of her mother's murder before a similar fate could befall her..........
The brother's then proceeded to gouge out their mother's eyes and buried her body at a rather secluded and isolated spot within the village according to the express orders of the occultist; in the meanwhile a horrified and exhausted Rahibai made her way to the residence of Bhagwan Madhe; a local social worker and spilled the beans about the macabre fate that had befallen her gullible and trusting mother........
Though initially taken aback; Bhagwan Madhe somehow managed to keep his wits about him and proceeded to file a police complaint against the occultist and two murderous siblings with Rahibai in tow; acting with surprising alacrity and remarkable agility; the local police firstly swooped down upon the occultist's dwelling and took her into custody within a mere matter of minutes..........
They then proceeded to exhume the elderly ladies body and sent the same for a post mortem to the local government hospital; later that afternoon (at around 1:30 pm or so); they arrested the two brothers from a local watering hole where they were celebrating the end of their days of penury; the trio were then produced before a judicial magistrate at around 3:30 pm or so and the legal luminary remanded the trio to police custody until January 5;2015...........
Cases under all the applicable sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Maharashtra Prevention and eradication of Human Sacrifice and other inhuman; evil; Aghori and other such practices and Black ,Magic Act;2013 have been registered/booked against the devious trio who put a few wads of paper money above their loving and caring mother who had fed and nurtured them for this long..........
