WORLD CUP 2015: INDIA VERSUS PAKISTAN.........

Can anything be bigger and better than an India-Pakistan clash on the biggest stage of them all; namely the 50 over a side World Cup???? if you feel otherwise; the very fact that all available tickets for this highly anticipated clash on Australian soil were sold out within 12 minutes flat might well end up deflating every contrarian argument and opinion.........
To top all the hype and hoopla; the delighted and overwhelmed South Australian government is eagerly awaiting the arrival of more than 20,000 ardent and dedicated Indian cricket fans who are expected to make the trip and back their beloved "men in blue" during the course of the epochal clash slated to be held at the newly refurbished Adelaide Oval on February 15, 2015..........
"All the available general tickets were scooped up or sold out in 12 minutes flat for the lip smacking clash slated to be held at the 50,000 plus capacity Adelaide Oval; but all is still not lost as avowed fans can still lay their hands on holiday and business packages", according to John Rau; Deputy Premier of South Australia..........
According to Rau; the South Australian Cricket Authorities have just finished the onerous and time consuming task of giving the final touches to a world class sporting facility that will not only host this no holds barred battle on the second day of the tournament but also showcase South Australia in all it's resplendent glory and splendour..........
What makes the occasion even more special is the fact that thousands of Indians and Pakistanis who either reside or then study in Australia will grace the occasion and the icing on the cake will be the 20,000 odd fans who are already making a beeline towards various travel agents offices to ensure that they do not miss out a single moment of this mouth watering cricketing carnival...........
For the statistically minded; the very fact that Pakistan is yet to beat the marauding Indians in a single World Cup fixture is a source of immense delight and deep rooted pride and the punters have it that the "favourite" money is on team India maintaining it's unblemished record vis-a-vis their sworn cricketing rivals..........
Look at it any which way; this titanic struggle between two nations who are almost always at loggerheads will surely set more than a few tempers flaring; acerbic tongues lolling and fists of fury crunching; but at the end of it all; one nation will have the bragging rights and badger the other till the cows come home...........
