MUDGAL COMMITTEE REPORT PRESENTED BEFORE SUPREME COURT.........

In what might well prove to be the last nail in bruised; battered and beleaguered former BCCI head honcho Narayanswamy Srinivasan's coffin; the Justice Mukul Mudgal committee submitted it's eagerly awaited final report on the sordid and sorry match fixing and betting IPL saga to the Supreme Court in a sealed envelope earlier this morning..........
Senior counsel Raju Ramachandran submitted the committee's final report before the Supreme Court earlier this (Monday) morning and the apex court bench headed by Justice T.S. Thakur duly informed him that the report will be taken up for consideration or hearing as scheduled on November 10, 2014.........
One may well recollect the facts that three cricketers from the Rajasthan Royals Franchise namely Shntakumaran Sreesanth; Ankit Chavan and Ajit Chandela were arrested by the Delhi Police as well as banned for life by the BCCI for the roles played by them in the betting and spot fixing mess and the sceptre of suspicion and doubt irrevocably fell upon Srinivasan's son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan and small time Hindi film star Vindoo Dara Singh after recordings of their telephonic conversations undoubtedly nailed the fact that Meiyappan was not only betting on and against his very own franchise (Chennai Super Kings) but also disclosing team related details to VIndoo.........
Srinivasan also had to step down from his much coveted BCCI president's position as the Supreme Court clearly asked him to do so until his name was cleared even though he continues to cling onto the ICC Chairman's position........
The august committee comprising of Messrs/Justice Mukul Mudgal; Additional Solicitor General L. Nageswara Rao; Advocate Nilay Dutta; additional director general of police (narcotics control bureau) B.B. Mishra and last but not the least former team India skipper Sourav Chandidas Ganguly got together for one last time late on Sunday evening and gave the final touches to the report that was submitted to the Supreme Court at around 10:30 am or so this morning..........
As mentioned earlier; the Supreme Court will take up the committee's report for consideration during the course of the next hearing slated for November 10,2014 and the entire BCCI is awaiting the ultimate outcome of the very same hearing with bated breaths..........
