Dearest Papa- Father's day never ever meant a great deal to us as we always wondered how you could love the person closest to your heart and soul just that bit more on one specified day of the year.......
Now that you're no longer physically present in our midst, one tends to miss you more in every waking moment and you even abound my dreams, one misses those numerous arguments that one had with you on most Sundays on issue related to politics or then any other issue worth arguing about.......
The sage advice that you always used to give me about loving myself just that bit more still resonates or then rings loud and clear within my ears, one also fondly misses those admonishments about saving or setting aside something for tomorrow and not spending every penny that I have on a few people undeserving of the honour.......
You would be glad to know that we have fulfilled your life's dream at long last, Mama and Teena have purchased a two and a half bedroom flat (two bedrooms and a study) at long last; and will be moving into the same real soon........
How I wish that the good lord develops some means of communicating with dear departed souls as and one one pleases, I yearn to call you up, send you an e-mail, or then simply reach out and communicate with you through any means possible......
One always take solace in the fact that you are in the company of angles and other such notables now, the angels above must surely be rejoicing in your august company and laughing their heads of at your witty repartee or then going into raptures or then paroxysms of delight whenever you choose to break into a K.L. Saigal number........
