Telling the truth and nothing but the truth has become the biggest crime of our times, the fact of the matter is that 162 out of 545 Lok Sabha members have 2 to 48 criminal cases registered against them, but the persons who questions their antecedents and credentials is perceived to be the criminal in question and not them; 1168 members across various state legislatures are either criminals or then have criminal backgrounds yet continue to enjoy an exalted status in our so called 'egalitarian' society, Paan Singh Tomar's highly topical dialogue "dacait to sirf parliament main parliament main hotey hain, bihad main sirf baaghi baste hain" is drawing standing ovations from the paying public in theatres nationwide, yet our political parties and so called leaders still find wisdom in patronising such elements, the indisputable and etched in concrete fact is that we have elected these people and only bestowed them with the right to exercise our constitutional powers for a period of five years and have every right to question every action or then lack of the same on their part and do not require this holier than thou attitude which takes umbrage to the brave and selfless deed of calling a criminal a criminal, as the irrepresible Mr. Senior Bachchan once famously remarked, "chor ko chor nahin to kyaa netaa kahoge", today's reality unfortunately is "GALI,GALI SHOR HAIN, GALI,GALI SHOR HAIN, HAMARA NETA CHOR HAIN, HAMARA NETA CHOR HAIN, CORRUPTION,CORRUTPTION, BAS CORRUPTION KA ZOR HAIN.".......
